What is DEVADURGA?
DEVADURGA continues to be created by designer Hitoshi Shimazaki from his hometown of Amami Oshima with his unique sense.
The highest mountain in the Himalayas, Everest, was called Devadurga in Sanskrit.
It has the meaning of sacred mountain and the top of the world.
With this meaning in our brand name, we continue to propose a unique outdoor style using Amami's traditional crafts, mud dyeing and indigo dyeing, from Japan to the world.
